Inside private laundry room. Spacious spa like bathroom with stone floors, large walk in shower (dual shower heads), & claw foot tub. The large sundeck/balcony with outdoor furniture, is the perfect spot for enjoying a glass of wine or BBQ. No worries about parking at the beach with your own private two car garage.
